Apple Smart Banner (Meta apple-iTunes-App) is not working with my app ID - Cash on iPhone Safari Not even after cleansing. I'm using this: 

  & lt; Meta name = "apple-iTunes-app" content = "app-id = 632225412" & gt;

If I change the app ID to someone else then it works.

It used to work a while back, and I'm not sure who changed it probably has something with iOS 7?

There is a bug in iOS 7 that prevents the banner from appearing again. It's rather rigid, but a setting -> General -> Reset -> Reset all the settings seems to allow it to appear again.
