Synergy v1.4.15 Failing to work on Windows 8.1 -


Can someone please advise that I'm running Synergy v1.4.15 on Windows 8.1 computer, running as a server I am, but I continue the follow-up error.

I have tried to uninstall it and restore it as an administrator and have allowed synergy to create network firewall exception.
