c# - Playing a video file in server through WPF -


I have a video file on my server and the way it looks like "10.151.98.82 / Modesh / New (actually a video file but the extension is in .dat )

I have already created a WPF application that will allow my users to The above server permits access to the URL and then allows them to download it and then run it.
