How to prevent time synchronization on Azure VM -
I am trying to simulate a different date / time to check an application on an EZU VM, but Time keeps resetting itself, at the current date / time, unless I manually change it, is there any way to force the server to stay on a specific date / time?
I have disabled the Windows Time service, Hyper-V time synchronization service, and have changed the time settings, not to synchronize with an Internet time server, Now it will be back in time, it will last for an hour or more, but will still be returned to the current date / time.
What is the reason for this and what is the way to stop it?
As described by the cloud integration team at Microsoft
"roles are when The textile controller maintains the time synchronization of the operating system for the system if you use the administrative access startup script to change the localization settings (including local server time), but if this is not recommended, then by doing so, the location of instability Let's go And the clothing controller can determine your role is out of sync. Perhaps in order to spread your roles in the form of cycling, they will have to try to bring them into the target state in such a case. Writing your applications know that they actually go with UTC and the default American culture information settings. "
It seems that You are also seeing that it is expected behavior as it is to mark the clothing controller as a diary
Hope it helps < / P>
